In our wedding-obsessed minds it is simple: We want you to be 100% delighted by shopping our online boutique!
Should you need to return an item, we do have a few points to keep in mind.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receiving an order.
- Merchandise must be in new condition (i.e., unworn, unwashed, unaltered, not damaged, clean.) It must have any original sales tags attached and contained in the original packaging.
- Defective products are rare. In the unlikely event that a product is defective, or you are supplied with the incorrect product, don’t worry! Please notify us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within two business days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement to be sent out at our expense.
- Unfortunately, all return shipping and handling is non-refundable
CUSTOM / PERSONALIZED ITEMS
We likely couldn’t resell a custom wedding hanger with the last name “Mrs. Dumbledore”. Unless of course, there are some serious Harry Potter themed wedding fans out there!
With that in mind, we regret that all custom/personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
OTHER ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

Authorization Number: Before returning an item you need to obtain a return authorization number. Sounds scary, but its not. If you send an item back without a return authorization number we will be unable to link it to your account, and will not be able to provide a refund. Like Eeyore on a rainy day, that would be very sad indeed.
Processing Time: We aim to process all return requests in 1-2 weeks.
