If there is any dispute about or involving Love and Lavender Weddings Inc., you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions and you agree to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in the province and federal courts of Canada. You hereby waive to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any claim that such courts constitute an inconvenient venue. The prevailing party in any action brought in connection with this Agreement shall be entitled to an award of attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by the prevailing party in connection with such action.
